Transaction in Own Shares

Fevertree Drinks plc (“Fever-Tree” or the “Company”) announces today it has, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at its 2025 Annual General Meeting held on 5th June, purchased the following number of ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) through the Company’s broker, Investec Bank plc (“Investec”) in the period from 19th October to 23rd October 2026.
